Automotive Assembly Quality

  • Automotive Assembly Quality

Over 30 years of experience, 1,500 annual conversions, and full manufacturing capabilities across two specialized facilities.

One facility. All processes. No middlemen.

Over 30 years of manufacturing specialized vehicles in Mexico. In-house thermoforming, fiberglass shop, paint booths, in-house engineering, and dedicated assembly lines. Every conversion is produced at a single facility, with a single team responsible for the final quality.

Specialized workshops all under one roof

Four locations, one operation

We operate from two manufacturing plants in Nuevo León, corporate offices in San Pedro Garza García, and a showroom in Mexico City. This presence allows us to serve customers throughout Mexico, manage exports, and host technical visits from institutions that need to verify our capabilities before finalizing projects.

Apodaca Plant, 24,000 m²

Main manufacturing plant. It houses the eight specialized workshops (thermoforming, fiberglass, painting, welding, assembly, electrical, metalwork, and engineering) and the production lines for ambulances, passenger vehicles, mobile workshops, and specialized vehicles.

Santa Catarina Plant — 10,000 m²

||Location:|| Bosques de Santa Catarina, Nuevo León Auxiliary manufacturing plant for high-volume production and special projects. It allows us to scale up production when there are large fleets or tenders with tight deadlines.

Mexico City Showroom

||Location||: 48 Millet Street, Col. Extremadura Insurgentes, Benito Juárez, Mexico City A space where clients can view completed units, explore configuration options, and approve finishes before finalizing a project. Ideal for corporate, hospitality, and government clients based in Mexico City

Technical visits

We welcome institutional clients who need to verify our capabilities before bidding on or finalizing projects. Visits to our Apodaca or Santa Catarina facilities are scheduled in advance and include a technical presentation.

From chassis to ready-to-use unit

01

Design and validation

The project is handed off to the engineering team. Blueprints are designed, the structure is validated, dimensions are calculated, and technical specifications are generated. Every conversion begins with CAD and validation, not improvisation.

02

Metal Structures and Welding

Metalworking, bending machines, structural welding, and reinforcement. Here we build extensions, stadium-style cargo compartments, ambulance modules, and support structures.

03

Thermoforming and fiberglass

Manufacturing of thermoformed ABS interior panels, fiberglass modules for Type I ambulances, pickup truck hard tops, and specialized linings. In-house processes—no outsourcing.

04

Painting

Fully prepared paint booths (sandblasting, body filler, primer, color, clear coat). General paint job in the color of your choice, with the quality expected for institutional and VIP vehicles.

05

Electrical systems

Installation of wiring, auxiliary battery systems, inverters, multimedia systems, LED lighting, connectivity, 110V outlets, camera systems, and all electrical work for the conversion.

06

Final assembly

Integration of all components: seats, tables, paneling, multimedia systems, accessories, and signage. The unit undergoes functional testing and quality assurance before delivery.

07

Delivery with technical documentation

Each unit leaves the factory with a complete technical file, manuals, warranties, applicable certifications, and operator training when applicable.

Regulatory Compliance

1. Official Certification

||ISO 9001|| — Quality Management System TSN Vans is certified under the ISO 9001 standard, which validates our quality management system for the design, manufacture, installation, and delivery of specialized vehicles. This certification covers the entire manufacturing process.

2. Design in accordance with applicable standards

Although each specialized vehicle must meet specific standards based on its intended use, we do not certify each product individually under every standard—we design and manufacture to meet the requirements applicable to the end customer:

  • Emergency vehicles (ambulances): designed in accordance with NOM guidelines applicable to patient transport and, when the customer requires it, international standards such as NFPA 1917 and KKK-A-1822 for export configurations or specific institutional requirements.
  • Passenger transport: compliance with NOM standards applicable to the transport of people, with an emphasis on seat belt safety, windows, emergency exits, and regulatory labeling for school and commercial use.
  • Adapted transport (TPMR): anchoring systems designed in accordance with international standards applicable to the transport of people with reduced mobility.
3. for institutional tenders and procurement

Each unit is shipped with a complete technical file documenting compliance with the requirements applicable to the customer's project. This includes calculation reports, component certifications (where applicable), validation tests, and operating manuals.
